Our eyes seemed to be fixed on the mountainous slopes of the stock market these days and our desire for the uphill climb back to economic recovery has yet to be answered. Daring to be different, however, Apple has proven once again that it is a company that beats the odds as this week the company not only reached 1 billion downloads in iPhone Apps, a true testament to the unbelievable success of the iPhone, but the company somehow managed to have its best non-holiday quarter in its history during this recession! With their reported 9% year revenue growth and the fact that Steve Jobs is less than 2 months away from returning, stockholders and consumers alike can hope that the next quarter will be nothing short than being just as successful as this previous victory.
